For each supplier who represents a potential interest for our sourcing will receive a formal visit through a full day audit. During this audit, all the aspects of the company will be screened and have a systematic visit of all the areas of the company. We conduct such audit in accordance with the highest standard of each field. We guarantee to our clients the seriousness of these audits by providing photos and detailed report for each company visited during the survey.Specific service components:
(1) Sourcing ?searching and identification of potential suppliers
After confirmation of the regulation of sourcing product, we could utilize extensive resource to help you search for potential supplier according to your requirement.
(2) Qualification of Suppliers
a. We'll strictly according to the principle of supplier qualification evaluation, in order to ensure the supplier could secular comply with the international regulation.
b. The suppliers audit plan should include at least the following aspects:
